Responsibilities:
- Meet daily activity goals
- calls, quotes, follow - ups, appointments
- Meet monthly production goals
- Track personal results and know where you stand
- Be Coachable and willing to improve
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
